The EBR Communications Department aims to keep the community informed and engaged in all of the exciting things happening throughout the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. The department provides strategic communications and marketing campaigns to effectively engage with all stakeholders. Additionally, the department focuses on the district’s visibility through increased advertising and other digital and social media communication efforts.

The Department of Printing Services has the resources to produce whatever you need in terms of printed products and can do so at a lower cost than other printing agencies. With our offset and digital equipment, we have fast turnaround times and are capable of doing static and variable data printing. We can print posters, banners, wood, and plastic signs at sizes up to 4 feet wide. We have a designer on staff who can help you make your print jobs have a professional look and we have access to thousands of copyright free photos and clip art files for you to use.
You must have an EBR Department or School Account number to receive a login ID and password. If you have trouble remembering your ID or password, please contact us.
Request for Graphic Design
All requests for graphic design will now be sent to the Communications Department.
How to submit a request for graphic design:
Feel free to contact us via email at graphicdesign@ebrschools.org with any questions you may have about submitting your design request.
Complete this request with all required information for your order. Please complete one form for each item! Be sure to include the desired quantity, size, and material. An incomplete request will not be accepted. If you have requested to receive a proof, please be sure to respond to that in a timely manner. Failure to do so will delay the time in which your order is completed.
Please note that you must use Adobe Acrobat to access full the full capability of the form. If you do not have access to Adobe Acrobat, order forms can be scanned and emailed to dmorrison@ebrschools.org or mailed/delivered to the graphic arts office. Screen Printing (Apparel) Request
Follow this link and select the “Apparel” tab at the top of the page. Follow the prompts the place your order for screen printing. You will have the option to design your own shirt on the website using the templates provided or upload your own design. If you have completed a request for graphic design and are awaiting the final file from our graphic artist, you will need to place your order using the SAMPLE artwork that the artist will provide you with to ensure the colors and pricing are accurate when you place your order.
If you are uploading your own design, not made by Graphic Arts, PLEASE ensure that your artwork is licensed and at least 300 dpi. Google Images is not a sufficient place to source artwork for screen printing.
Any orders placed with artwork that does not meet these guidelines will be CANCELED. Any incomplete or half orders will not be accepted.
