Fiscal Year: July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024
All coursework/assessments for which participants are seeking assistance or reimbursement must be undertaken and submitted to human Resources between July 1, 2023 and June 8, 2024.
Support Programs processes the following for teachers and other district personnel to obtain certification status:

Support programs also process applications for the two programs that are available for teachers in Louisiana who are interested in taking free courses for college credit to continue their education.
The Frontline Education platform allows employees to review evaluation documents and participate in professional learning opportunities (Professional Growth), enter absences (Absence Management), monitor work time (Time & Attendance), and create and submit forms (Frontline Central).

Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free service to all full-time employees of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. EAP provides confidential assistance to employees who are experiencing difficulty dealing with personal and work related problems that affect their lives. No enrollment is necessary and all contacts with the EAP are strictly confidential.
Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is:
-A confidential counseling and referral service for employees and their household members
-A starting place for addressing personal problems
-An avenue of assistance for employees whose personal problems may be affected their work performance
-Help for participants to deal privately and effectively with personal problems
Your EAP can provide support and assistance for all of these concerns and more:
-Depression, anxiety, stress
-Substance abuse
-Workplace problems or conflicts
-Parents and family issues
