Email Signature Generator

Consistency matters—especially when representing EBR Schools. To ensure all district communication reflects our professional standards and brand identity, we’ve created a standardized email signature template for staff.

Why It Matters:
  • Reinforces the EBR brand in every message
  • Provides clear, consistent contact info
  • Reflects professionalism to parents, partners, and colleagues
To maintain a clean, consistent look across the district, please avoid the following customizations in your email signature:
  • Changing fonts or font sizes
  • Using non-brand colors
  • Adding personal quotes or taglines
  • Inserting emojis, gifs, videos, or decorative graphics
  • Including unrelated links or images
  • Including logos that are not district-authorized

Even small changes can dilute our message and make our communication look inconsistent. Let’s keep it simple, professional, and unified.

To use the generator, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out your information in the blanks.
  2. Select the version of Outlook you are preparing the signature for – please note that different versions of Outlook require different exports from this generator, so if your signature doesn’t appear correct you may need to change this selection and try again.
  3. Click ‘Create Signature’ and follow the instructions on the page to copy and paste your signature.
  4. Open your preferred version of Outlook, and add the signature in the program settings.

NOTE: Email signatures do not sync between Outlook for the Web and the Outlook Client on your computer, so you will need to set your signature in both locations if you plan to use Outlook for the Web and the Outlook Client. If you are using an Apple device, we recommend using the Outlook for the Web option.
